Drivers text the way they talk: headed to dallas bout 3/8 tank. The AI understands destinations, fuel levels in fractions or percent, and city pairs. No commands to memorize, no forms.
English and Spanish, automatically
Text in Spanish, the whole conversation continues in Spanish: voy a Dallas, medio tanque. The language is detected per message and remembered per driver.
Hands free with voice assistants
Drivers save us as the Flow contact (we text them the contact card). Then it's: Hey Siri, text Flow, headed to Dallas, half tank. Eyes on the road the whole time.
A real conversation, not a notification
Reply MORE for alternate stops. Reply a stop number for the address, price detail, and a one-tap map link. Reply REDO when the load changes. The plan link opens the full mobile view with the route map.
Live telemetry when you have it
On ELD-integrated plans, the driver texts just the destination. Position and fuel level come straight from the truck, so the plan is built on what the tank actually holds right now.
You control what drivers see
Pricing, savings, and trip totals in driver texts are permission-gated per fleet and per truck, the same controls as the driver web view. Off by default.

Drivers text in the language they think in
A large share of America's drivers are more comfortable in Spanish. Flow by Text detects the language of every message and replies in kind, including the commands: MAS for alternates, REPETIR to rebuild, AYUDA for help. No settings, no toggles. The driver just texts.

In the portal, on the driver record. That number is the driver's identity: add it to grant access, remove it to revoke.
Driver opts in, saves Flow
The driver replies YES to the enrollment text and gets a welcome plus a contact card. One tap saves the Flow contact.

From that moment, any destination text gets an optimized plan back in seconds, priced with your fleet's discounts.
Now the plan rides in your wallet too
The same texted plan can drop straight into your phone wallet: a geofenced ping as you come up on the stop, the exit and gallons on your lock screen, and tap-to-pay at the pump with your fuel card. A convenience feature of Flow by Text, included on every plan.
