API Terms for Flow Diesel Prices and Flow Fuel Plans

These API Terms apply when you get an API key for Flow Diesel Prices or Flow Fuel Plans, including access through our API or MCP server. By checking the box at signup or using a key, you agree to them.

1. License

ValveRide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use API and MCP output inside your own apps and services.

2. Use limits

Rate limits and quotas apply per plan. ValveRide may throttle or suspend access for abuse. You may not scrape, bulk extract, or use the API to copy or rebuild our price database.

3. No resale

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw price data as a standalone dataset.

4. No guarantee of accuracy

Data is provided as is, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Drivers must verify prices at the pump. ValveRide is not liable for fuel purchase or routing decisions. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

5. Payment

Access uses prepaid credit billed at our current published per-call pricing. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. ValveRide may change pricing with notice. Keys may be suspended when your balance reaches zero.

6. Your keys

API keys are confidential to you. Do not share them. You are responsible for all use of your keys.

7. Changes

ValveRide may update these terms with notice. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
