Checks the drop against a card fill

  • A drop that lines up with a fuel card fill has an ordinary explanation and stays out of the queue
  • A drop with no matching fill is the one dispatch gets asked to look at

  • The finding shows the truck, the window it happened in, and the size of the drop

What is the difference between fuel card anomaly detection and parked-tank alerts?

Fuel card anomaly detection looks at transactions: overfills, impossible distances between fills, double swipes, after-hours purchases, and fills with no load assigned. It finds misuse of the card. A parked-tank alert looks at the tank itself when no transaction exists: fuel level fell, the truck did not move, and no card fill explains it. It finds fuel leaving the truck. Flow runs both as review queues, side by side, and neither one is an accusation.
